If you’ve tried to go to <docs.banno.com/help> today, you might have noticed it’s not there any more. This is by design, not accident! As we prepare the site to go live, it’s undergone a name change, as the help site is now officially known as Banno Knowledge. To facilitate taking the public version live, we’ve changed the repository name as well.
As such, the github repo can now be found at https://github.com/Banno/knowledge and the internal version of the site (including all of our ops docs) can be found at https://docs.banno.com/knowledge/. Neither of these will be changing again any time soon, but this aligns everything to fit with the final name.
I’ll be sending out another documentation update next week with more info on the public version, what we’ve had in the works for the last two weeks, and more. Thanks, all!
