- Forms in conversations - https://knowledge.banno.com/support/inbox/ - New documentation and information in ops docs regarding attaching forms to Banno Conversations
- Marketing FAQ - https://knowledge.banno.com/marketing/faq/ - Most overall Banno Marketing FAQs have been pulled out and expanded into a new standalone doc. Over time, most apps will move to this kind of FAQ structure for overall questions with specific sections getting more closely tailored FAQs within their own articles
- Ads in Banno Mobile - https://knowledge.banno.com/marketing/ - Our Marketing docs have been updated to reflect that ads will be displayed in both Mobile and Online
- Banno CMS restructuring - https://knowledge.banno.com/cms/ - We have restructured the CMS to better reflect the screens of the app. There’s still more content to add, but we’ve also got work completed to change CMS to Content throughout the Knowledge base as soon as that change is made in the app itself.
- CMS Best Practices for ADA Compliance - https://knowledge.banno.com/cms/website-compliance/ - A doc meant to help FIs comply with ADA guidelines, including specific suggestions from our team
- CMS Imagery guidelines - https://knowledge.banno.com/cms/imagery-guidelines/ - A doc outlining best practices for website imagery for FIs to follow
- 2FA Customer Communication - https://knowledge.banno.com/apps/authentication/2fa-customer-communication/ - A doc outlining how FIs should communicate with their customers when 2FA is enabled
- Updates to ops docs and collateral pages - as always, these are a decent chunk of our month. The newest updates can be found on the landing page of the internal knowledge base at https://docs.banno.com/knowledge/, with the full index available at https://docs.banno.com/knowledge/operations/
- New docs: bank and credit union need-to-knows for the Implementation team communication with FIs

Process and monthly schedule
We’ve recently made an update to our monthly process! From now on, our priorities for newly shipping features that need documentation on knowledge.banno.com will be indexed in epics for the next two months, approved by product managers. Right now we have November and December scheduled:
