Slack

Workplace chat platform used for communication with teammates.

  • Workspace: banno.slack.com

The following Slack channels can be used to communicate with the rest of the team:

  • #org-content-design - designer room where memebers of other teams can ask/participate in design-focused questions and discussions.
  • #team-content-operations - for all of Web Solutions, used for information that is useful for everyone
  • #team-web-design - private channel for designers only for uninterrupted design nerdiness

Microsoft Teams

You should also have Microsoft Teams installed on your machine automatically. This is used for communication with the rest of the company that isn’t Banno-related–for example, sometimes the Mac Support people will reach out to you via Teams. You will most likely need to have both running on a daily basis, though most of your discussions will be through Slack.

Basecamp

Client and project based communication.

Trello

List making application used for internal communication between designers, developers, and project coordinators. Client projects live in during Trello the development and pre-launch phases.
