Post-live Development

Implementation Coordination

    This is where you would as the implementation coordinators (aka PCs) questions ranging from general pre-live setup to case/client specific agreements etc.

    I have never actually seen this used as most issues needing PC involvement are handled through direct messages or email, but it’s there. I would suggest making a post in Slack before transferring a case to this group.

    Find a list of associates on this team and a few articles that may be relevant to our team. The PCs handle a lot of similar things we do – just during the pre-live process.

Banno Support
