LDAP Account
Your credentials should be in your @jackhenry.com gmail if your team uses this tool.
GitHub Account
If you don’t already have a GitHub account you should create one with your jackhenry.com Gmail, add a picture, and enable two factor authentication. On your first day you will receive an invite in your Digital email to the Banno organization in GitHub. Work with your team leader to get the access that you need after this.
Jira Account
You will also receive an invite in your Digital gmail for Jira if your team use it.
Laptop Setup
Once you receive your laptop and your @jackhenry.com Google account is set up, please go through the initial macOS setup detailed on the New Mac page linked below. Be sure to read and follow the guide carefully!

**Laptop Setup **
There are some setup steps that must be completed by you before you can get started. Make sure you can log in to your JHA account since you’ll need it to go through the setup.

Software Installation
Your laptop has already been configured with the basic required software and tools. Additional software, such as alternate web browsers and support applications can be installed from your Tech Services application. (Tech Services is the blue and white icon, with a gear and crossed tools.)
