Recording a video on MacOS is simple.
cmd+shift+5brings up the QuickTime capture options for video(movie/screencast), audio or screen shot capabilities. Once you hit record a circle with a square in it will appear in your menu bar. The file will be saved to your desktop folder.- Upload your recorded file
