JHA Support requires answering security questions in order to perform certain helpdesk tasks, such as resetting your password. While helpdesk can contact your manager if you don’t have these set up, it’s a much slower process that disrupts multiple people, so it’s well worth your time to set up security questions as soon as possible.
To set up security questions, log into HCM as normal and navigate to Employee Self Service, then to Personal Details, and finally the Personal Information Summary subheading.
Your name will be displayed at the top of this page, and to the right is a small link that says Security Questions:

Following this will require another sign in, after which you can set up 3 security questions.
