Saving addresses is nice…but saving 150 addresses clutters the address list and UPS doesn’t have the greatest UX when that list gets large. Please do not save TO: entries for residential addresses.
When sending laptops you must indicate that the item includes ION Batteries; this will force the shipment to be GROUND. If you do not mark lithium ion and choose next day, 2nd day or 3rd day which typically include air transport then UPS will return the shipment and the package delivery will be delayed. ️
Do not insure the shipment; corporate insurance covers up to the amounts we’re dealing with.
Corporate requires 3 fields; Billable Cost Center, Requester/Shipper, Item Shipped. They should be pre-populated, but we use the Helpdesk cost center. ️
