We are excited to bring to your attention that the Digital New Employee Checklist is now integrated with the JHNow Onboarding Flow! No more new employee sprawl, all in one location! The Digital New Employee Checklist is now integrated with the JHNow Onboarding Flow! Once you have clicked on and begin filling out the Onboarding: New Hire Request Form in JHNow, you will proceed to the New Hire Onboarding Request.

After filling out the Described Needs move forward to Choose Options and the last option you will see New Digital Employee Checklist.

Click the arrow down and you will be able to make the selections for Digital Application your new employee requires.

Once the form is submitted, Team Apollo will receive a ticket and complete the needed accounts.
TIMELINE FOR REQUEST: In efforts to streamline your new employee requests, please place the “Digital Ticket” with adequate time before the new hire’s start date. We ask that all requests are made 7 business days before the start date. This is very important when it comes to Gmail users v. O365 as it involves multiple teams.
