BEP…VPN killa
VPN is no longer the only way to access some of the internal JHA tools and resources. https://bep.jackhenry.com is a secure portal to tools previously only accessible on JHA’s network. It uses the same authentication as our VPN, but allows you to stay off network while accessing the resources you need.

- Phone Directory
- Password change for @jhacorp.com accounts
- Service Center (helpdesk cases)

What this does not provide
You’ll still need to connect to VPN for;
- Access to some Banno data center specific sites and services; database access, jenkins, marathon, and vault.
- working with JHA Dev servers, EDN systems, i-series or P-Series systems.
- watching ETV company broadcasts
And probably a few other items that haven’t moved out of JHA data centers.
